At Drinkwater, we believe a beautiful bottle of wine is a lot like a beautiful bouquet—it tells a story, evokes a feeling, and makes an ordinary moment something special.

Our boutique wine collection is personally hand-selected by our owner and WSET-trained wine enthusiast, Angela, whose love of wine goes well beyond the glass.

With a palate that leans toward dry, elegant wines with soft tannins and beautiful balance, Angela seeks out exceptional wines from vineyards around the world. She has a soft spot for California Cabernets, Willamette Valley Pinot Noirs, bold Tuscan reds, delicate French rosés, traditional Rieslings, and expressive South African Chenin Blancs. And while she’s a rose or red wine girl at heart, a soft Sancerre or beautiful crisp Chenin Blanc paired with the right meal can certainly turn her head.

She loves a wine with a story, a vineyard with character, and yes, a gorgeous label—but what’s inside the bottle always comes first.
